About the Cabin Crew Role

Comprehensive Cabin Crew Ground School Training
Successful candidates will commence an intensive Cabin Crew Ground School training program, scheduled to begin on 15 September 2025. This comprehensive program spans up to four weeks, during which expert trainers will equip individuals with the essential knowledge, skills, and certifications required to excel in this dynamic aviation role and confidently uphold Airnorth's operational standards.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following criteria to be considered for this vital role:
- A minimum age of 18 years is required.
- Possession of a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
- A valid Passport with a minimum of 12 months validity from the date of application.
- Must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or a Permanent Resident.
- Demonstrated fluency in both written and spoken English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages, particularly Tetum, is highly advantageous.
- Meet specific height requirements, ranging between 155cm and 175cm.
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate, including CPR, from a recognised Australian provider.
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- A minimum of one year's experience in a customer service or hospitality environment is mandatory.
- Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), which necessitates a comprehensive police check.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment medical assessment is required.
- Ability to swim 50 metres unaided.
- Availability to work a flexible 24/7 roster, which includes weekends, public holidays, and peak travel periods, combined with reliable transportation to and from duty.
