Babcock International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barton Base Pilot to join its team at the Eccles site in Greater Manchester. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary of £69,791 plus benefits and presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the vital work of the Northwest Air Ambulance Charity.
As a Barton Base Pilot, you will play a pivotal role in providing critical air ambulance services, including Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) and Night Vision Imaging System (NVIS) operations. This demanding role requires a combination of exceptional flying expertise, medical knowledge, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
This role operates on a 12-hour shift pattern, with 4 days on and 4 days off, including training hours. The base of operations is Barton Aerodrome in Eccles, Manchester.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance.
