Fitness Instructor - RAF Henlow, Bedfordshire
Babcock International is seeking a dedicated and skilled Fitness Instructor to join their team at RAF Henlow in Bedfordshire. The successful candidate will play a vital role in operating the gymnasium, sports and fitness equipment, and fitness classes, while also assisting users. Compensation for this full-time, permanent role is £23,088 annually. Role ID: SF62031.
Responsibilities:
- Daily delivery of fitness classes for service and civilian personnel
- Providing personal training programs and advice
- Undertaking daily health and safety checks on all fitness equipment and facilities
- Recording inspections and rectifying any deficiencies
- Assisting with gym inductions and ensuring the provision of accurate Health and Safety information
- Safe and secure collection of fingerprints
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Computer literate with a good knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience working unsupervised in a face-to-face fitness environment
- Circuit training experience
Qualifications:
- Level 2 Fitness Instructor certification (minimum)
- Level 3 Personal Trainer certification (preferable)
Security Clearance:
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain BPSS security clearance.
