Summary: The Hold File – Cabin Crew position is a vital role within the aerospace industry, based in Perth, Western Australia. This permanent, full-time role is designed for entry-level candidates who are eager to embark on a career in aviation. The successful applicant will contribute to the safety and comfort of passengers while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Responsibilities: Assist in the boarding and disembarking of passengers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure that all safety equipment is in working order. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cabin and galley areas throughout the flight. Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure a safe and enjoyable flight experience. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as aviation regulations. Qualifications: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Customer service experience is an advantage but not essential. Willingness to undergo training and certification as required.
