Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Oversee the disciplinary and operational management of team leaders and their teams, ensuring seamless cabin operations and a harmonious working environment.
- Standards and Compliance: Uphold and enforce all relevant management standards for Cabin Operations, encompassing Cabin OM-A, FSM, CCM, and the Safety Management System.
- Employee Empowerment: Foster trust and transparency among employees, ensuring their acceptance of necessary changes on board and encouraging their contributions to the continued success of the organization.
- Quality Assurance: Drive the development and management of special qualification teams, such as Excellence Flyer and On Board Quality Team, ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism among flight attendants.
- Incident Management: Conduct thorough assessments of incidents on board, initiating necessary quality improvement measures and implementing proactive strategies to prevent future occurrences.
- Strategic Collaboration: Engage actively with the works council, promoting open communication and collaborating on the development of key initiatives.
- Company Representation: Participate in the drafting of company agreements and collective bargaining, effectively leveraging feedback from both customers and crew members.

Requirements:
- Academic degree or equivalent knowledge acquired through appropriate qualification or extensive professional experience.
- Thorough understanding of the airline industry, including relevant regulations and laws governing flight operations.
- Active cabin crew rating or significant experience as a manager on board.
- Proven leadership skills with several years of experience managing large teams.
- Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to act independently, make sound decisions, and take initiative.
- Strong sense of responsibility and proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent negotiating skills and clear communication style.

- Experience in process management and optimization.
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
