Cabin Crew - Austria Recruitment Drive

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading airline as Cabin Crew and act as an ambassador for the company. He or she provides exceptional customer service to all passengers, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the entire flight. The Cabin Crew member must maintain readiness and fitness to operate, ensuring productivity aligns with established measures and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legality for assigned flights. Attending briefings to acknowledge flight details, roles, targets, and security protocols.
- Instructing passengers on safety procedures to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Identifying safety and security risks and collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement remedial actions according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administering first aid to passengers when necessary.
- Promptly informing the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.
- Welcoming passengers and assisting with boarding formalities, entering necessary data into the aircraft log book as per procedures.
- Delivering consistently excellent customer service by attending to passenger pre-bookings, requests, and needs.
- Identifying and assisting passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, following procedures outlined in the Operations Manual.
- Contributing to maximizing on-board revenue and the "Charity Cloud" program by effectively promoting on-board meals, products, and charity services.
- Ensuring the proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments received for individual sales and donations.
- Conducting pre-flight checks to ensure adequate supplies, emergency equipment, and catering equipment, reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain.
- Assisting in ensuring the aircraft cabin is thoroughly cleaned at transit stations and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are provided.
- Ensuring orderly handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff.
- Carrying out post-flight briefing and assessment reports, providing objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor, and reporting any problems or discrepancies on the flight.
- Accounting to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and carrying out the duties of 'Cabin Supervisor' when designated by the Captain.
- Maintaining necessary professional and safety knowledge by attending recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops.
- Contributing to team success by accomplishing related results and achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
Requirements:
- Age: 20 to 33 years
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportional to age and height
- Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
- Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate acceptable; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is advantageous.
- Fit to fly with good general health and no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines/Aviation/Hospitality industries is considered a plus.
- An active cabin crew license is an advantage.
- Capable of working in shift patterns and for extended hours.
- Demonstrates high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
- Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set KPIs.
