Cabin Crew Member - Austria Recruitment Drive

This individual serves as an ambassador for Air Arabia, fostering customer loyalty and promoting a positive corporate image through exceptional customer service. He or she ensures passenger safety and comfort throughout the entire flight cycle, while also maintaining operational readiness, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legality for assigned flights and attends briefings to acknowledge flight details, roles, targets, and security checks.
- Instructing passengers on safety procedures, prioritizing their safety and comfort.
- Identifying and reporting safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions.
- Administering first aid to passengers when necessary.
- Promptly informing the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.
- Welcoming passengers, assisting with boarding formalities, and entering necessary data into the aircraft log book.
- Providing excellent and consistent customer service by attending to individual passenger pre-bookings, requests, and needs.
- Identifying and assisting passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, following established policies and procedures.
- Maximizing on-board revenue and participation in the "Charity Cloud" program by effectively promoting on-board meals, products, and charity services, achieving individual and team targets.
- Ensuring proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments for individual sales and donations.
- Conducting pre-flight checks to ensure adequate supplies, emergency equipment, and catering equipment; reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain.
- Assisting in maintaining a thoroughly cleaned aircraft cabin at transit stations and ensuring adequate re-catering and duty-free product availability.
- Ensuring orderly handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff.
- Conducting post-flight briefings and assessment reports, providing objective evaluation of the Cabin Supervisor, and reporting any flight problems or discrepancies.
- Accounting to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and fulfilling the duties of "Cabin Supervisor" when designated by the Captain.
- Maintaining professional and safety knowledge through recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops; ensuring current license.
- Contributing to team success by achieving related results, allocated sales targets, and objectives.
Important Requirements:
- Age: 20 to 33 years
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportional to age and height
- Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Medically/Physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
- Ability to swim with a flotation device
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is preferred.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is an advantage.
- Fit to fly with good general health and no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.
Work Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines/Aviation/Hospitality industries is an advantage.
- Active cabin crew license is an advantage.
- Capable of working in shift patterns and for extended hours.
- Demonstrates high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
- Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set KPIs.
