The Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate VIP Flight Attendant to join our team, specifically to operate on the Global 7500 aircraft. As a dedicated ambassador of the onboard experience, the successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for the aircraft owner and their guests. The role requires the delivery of seamless, highly personalised service, anticipating individual preferences, and ensuring impeccable cabin presentation while maintaining rigorous safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver seamless, personalised service tailored to the preferences of the owner and their guests, ensuring privacy and comfort.

Proactively identify, record, and anticipate the owner’s tastes and routines to adapt service standards accordingly.

Maintain strict compliance with all aviation safety and security regulations and company procedures.

Execute meticulous in-flight service, including high-level meal and beverage preparation and cabin presentation.

Collaborate effectively with flight crew to ensure operational efficiency and superior service delivery.

Manage aircraft provisioning, inventory control, catering coordination, and supplier relationships to ensure mission readiness.

Liaise with internal teams to manage client feedback, special requests, and specific mission requirements.
Requirements

Proven experience in business aviation on large cabin or heavy jet aircraft.

Demonstrated expertise in delivering VIP-level service specifically for Global 7500 operations.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the poise and professionalism required to engage with UHNW clientele.

Strong service-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure.

Highly organised, discreet, and adaptable to the dynamic needs of aircraft operations.

Advanced knowledge of fine dining, premium wines, and international service etiquette.

Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
