Astonjet is currently expanding its esteemed fleet of Cessna Citation Latitudes and is actively seeking experienced VIP Flight Attendants to join its dynamic cabin operations team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, personalised VIP service to all clients, ensuring their utmost comfort and satisfaction from welcome to disembarkation.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and security for all clients throughout the flight, strictly adhering to all aviation regulations and operational protocols.
- Deliver premium in-flight services, including sophisticated meal and beverage presentations, amenity distribution, and proficient entertainment assistance.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the flight crew to ensure smooth operational flow and a flawless, cohesive customer journey.
- Efficiently manage aircraft cabin inventory, coordinate provisioning orders, and cultivate strong relationships with trusted suppliers to meet all operational and client-specific requirements.
- Meticulously prepare and organise all aspects of in-flight services prior to each flight, coordinating closely with the sales department to address client feedback, accommodate special requests, and fulfil specific needs to enhance the overall service experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrable experience working as a VIP Flight Attendant within business aviation, specifically on midsize to heavy jets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage professionally and positively with high-profile clientele.
- A profound customer-focused approach, exhibiting superior service skills, meticulous attention to detail, a solution-oriented mindset, and the capacity to maintain composure under pressure.
- Highly organised, discreet, and adaptable to the evolving needs of both clients and operational demands.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fine wines, gourmet dining, and diverse multi-cultural etiquette.
- Possession of an unrestricted passport and legal rights to live and work within the European Union.
- Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) is mandatory; proficiency in French is considered a significant advantage.
- Candidates must either currently reside within a two-hour call-out radius of LFPB or demonstrate a clear willingness to relocate.
