Captain Position – Airbus A320 – China

This esteemed opportunity presents a four-year contract (renewable based on performance) for a highly skilled Captain to join our Airbus A320 fleet operating in China. This role offers competitive remuneration and a comprehensive benefits package.

Location & Base:

Primary locations include Guangzhou and Sanya (highly recommended), with options also available in Qingdao. Beijing and Hangzhou are less preferred bases. A commuting program is available to support pilot scheduling.

Requirements:

Flight Hours: 4,000+ total flight hours, including 1,000+ PIC hours on the A320 type rating. Applicants must be current on type within six months of application, with a valid proficiency test within its validity period.
Age: 52 years of age or younger.
Language Proficiency: ICAO Level 4 English proficiency or higher.
Nationality: No restrictions.
License: Valid ATPL issued by a country maintaining diplomatic relations with the People's Republic of China. The license must be unrestricted (e.g., no VMC circle to land restrictions).
Type Rating: A320 type rating required.
Medical Certificate: Class A or Class 1 medical certificate.
Other Requirements: A clean flight safety record (documented by a letter from your current/former employer or the Civil Aviation Authority), and a notarized criminal background check (within three months of application) from your country of nationality and/or residence.

Compensation and Benefits:

Monthly Salary: US$3,000.
Hourly Rate: US$145.

Leave: Flexible days off, Paid annual leave (15 days/year) and paid sick leave (details in the airline manual).
Travel Benefits: As per airline regulations.
Housing Allowance: To be determined.

Additional Information:

Applicants must possess a valid passport (with at least 12 months remaining validity) from a country with diplomatic relations with the People's Republic of China.
