Job Requirements
EASA ATPL (A) with a valid A320 Type Rating
Minimum Flying Experience:
-
1000 hours on Commercial Air Transport (minimum 200 hours on A320), or
-
500 hours on A320
-
Minimum ICAO Level 4 certification in English language
-
Additional language proficiency in Romanian is an asset.

In possession or eligible for Romanian residency
-
Clean criminal record

Recruitment process

Step 1: If you pass the CV selection phase, we will invite you to take part in an assessment day;

Step 2: The assessment starts with a simulator evaluation;

Step 3: A group exercise where you can demonstrate teamwork and communication skills followed by an interview with the Chief Pilot and Head of Training;

Step 4: After your final interview, we will review your application and the results from your assessment day.
