Principal Accountabilities
- The Captain will provide safe and efficient piloting services for company jet charter assignments on the B737-8/NG aircraft.
- The role involves rigorously assessing, monitoring, and providing detailed feedback on B737-8/NG aircraft performance to assist maintenance engineers in troubleshooting, repairing engine faults, and achieving optimal operational efficiency.
- Candidates will offer professional and informed advice to clients regarding B737-8/NG aircraft support operations, always prioritizing safety and expediting operational processes.
Professional Requirements
- A graduate of an accredited Aviation School.
- Holds an ICAO Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Instrument Rating.
- Possesses a current B737-8 or B737-NG Type Rating.
- Minimum total flight time of 3,000 hours.
- Minimum 500 hours of multi-engine flight time.
- Minimum 50 hours of flight time on type (B737-8/NG) or a significant variant.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) Civil Aviation Safety Regulations (CASR).
Non-Technical Requirements
- Must be an Indonesian citizen.
- Non-smoker.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships effectively and thrive in a diverse work environment.
- Capable of performing duties both independently and as a contributing member of a team.
- Successfully passed a comprehensive aviation medical health test.
- Possesses normal color vision.
- Willingness to undertake overnight (RON) schedules, particularly in the Papua region of Eastern Indonesia.
