Smart Aviation | B737 Captain

Smart Aviation, an Indonesian charter operator, is seeking experienced Boeing 737 Classic Captains for its fleet based in Indonesia. This command position involves line flying and flight operations management, with opportunities to serve as Chief Pilot during off-line periods.

About the Role

• Operate the Boeing 737 Classic (B737-300, -400, -500 series) as Pilot in Command, adhering to the highest safety standards.
• Ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance on all flights.
• Undertake flight operations management duties and assume the role of Chief Pilot when not actively flying.

Requirements

• Must be an Indonesian citizen.
• Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
• Possess a current Boeing 737 Classic type rating.
• Accumulate a minimum of 3,000 total flight hours.
• Have a minimum of 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on the Boeing 737 Classic.
• Must not have any history of licence suspension or revocation.
• Must be a non-smoker and not use nicotine products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Boeing 737 Type Rating Instructor (TRI) or Type Rating Examiner (TRE) experience.
• Previous experience in flight operations management.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
