* Preferably flying school graduate
* Min. 3 years experience as pilot in
command, experience in develop
policies and prosedures of flight
crews, and having supervisory
experience as well
* Having a general aviation knowledge
* Having at least 1 type rating of an aircraft
currently operated by company
* Able to manage documents and
communicate with other relevant parties
* Fluent in English both spoken and written
