Cabin Crew Operations Specialist
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cabin Crew Operations Specialist to join its Flight Operations Support and Training Standards department, based in Toulouse, France. As part of a dedicated team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive operational support to Airbus commercial aircraft operators, encompassing Weight & Balance, EFB, and Cabin Center of Competence (STLG) expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cabin Crew Operating Manual (CCOM) Development: Define, write, and update the CCOM for all programs, including the A220, ensuring seamless coordination with Cabin Crew Instructors.
- Operational Support: Provide comprehensive cabin operational support to all Airbus customers and contribute to entry-into-service readiness at each airline regarding cabin operations.
- Safety Initiatives: Contribute to Safety Management activities by supporting safety initiatives related to training and cabin operations support, participating in the Product Safety Process (PSP) and Safety Management System (SMS).
- Operational Suitability Data (OSD): Develop and monitor OSD cabin data for all programs.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an aviation-related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of aircraft and cabin operations.
- In-depth understanding of aircraft cabin systems and/or Flight Operations Support.
- Proven experience as a Cabin Crew Instructor is essential.
- Prior experience as Cabin Crew is highly desirable.
- Strong adaptability and ability to work effectively under pressure and within demanding timeframes.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), coupled with a customer-centric approach. Training or conference experience is a significant advantage.
- Proven team player with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively within a collaborative environment.
- English language proficiency at a negotiation level is required.
