Candidate Profile & Qualifications

  • Educational Attainment: A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution is a mandatory requirement.
  • Professional Licensure: Applicants must possess a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
  • Aircraft Type Rating: A current and fully endorsed Airbus A320 Type Rating on the pilot's license is essential.

Essential Skills & Experience

Successful candidates will exhibit significant operational expertise on the A320 platform and maintain an impeccable record of flight safety and compliance.

  • A minimum of 500 hours of proven flight experience specifically on the Airbus A320 aircraft.
  • Possession of a valid Class-1 Medical Certificate without restrictions.
  • A current and valid Instrument Rating.
  • Demonstrated recent operational experience on the A320 within the preceding 12 months.
  • An unblemished flight safety record, free from any history of accidents or incidents.
  • Attainment of ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above.
