Monitoring foreign crew visas/work permits expiry and alerting all CCEs via email on the visa renewal. CCE to evaluate crew performance and advise

Preparing Review of Contract/End of Contract and forward to PD

Requesting and checking visa renewal documents

Communicate with crew on the visa renewal documents and passport submission (liaising with PD on renewal process and preparing relevant documents

Update expiry in AIMS.

Monitor roster and request for passport for visa endorsement without removal and operation disruptions

Responsible for crew staff movement e.g. resignation, termination, suspension, any leaves that need to be tracked in order to update and plan manpower to align with the business

Responsible for Crew Travel Visa, Leave Report, Update Crew Categories in AIMS, Crew Probation, Cabin Crew Flying Allowance,MC/Crew Attendance Tracking, EL Tracking, Medical and Typhoid, Disciplinary Cases, Merit Demerit KPI, 13. Guest Feedback (Compliment), Electronic Cabin Crew Briefing Note (Coruson), Manage Crew Masterlist Database, Cabin Crew Training Record and Validity
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in any fields that related to the role

At least 1 year of experience in relevant/similar positions

Good command of English communication both written and spoken.

Ability to maintain confidentiality for sensitive departmental issues.

Aptitude for working with computers

Good interpersonal skills

Good interpersonal skills with a great team player mindset and service-minded.
