Position Overview
Air Wisconsin is seeking a qualified First Officer to join our flight operations team. Pilots will operate our fleet of over 50 CRJ-200 aircraft while enjoying industry-leading benefits and a supportive work environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Starting pay of $97.44 per hour.
$5,000 new hire bonus.
Longevity match with no cap for pilots with 121 experience.
Minimum 75-hour pay guarantee and competitive duty/trip rigs.
Up to 6 commuter hotels per bid period.
Minimum of 12 days off per month.
Uniform, headset, and medical exam allowances.
Jump seat privileges.
$1.85 per hour per diem.
Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401K match up to 8%, and employee health programs.
Minimum Requirements
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
Possession of an ATP or qualification to obtain an ATP or Restricted ATP (CFR 61.159 and 61.160).
Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
FCC Radio License.
Valid civilian passport with authorization to travel to all cities and countries served by Air Wisconsin.
