The successful candidate possesses a minimum of 2500 hours total flight time, including at least 1000 hours on floats. They must hold a valid Commercial Pilot License, a valid Driver's License, and a valid Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others. They possess solid oral and written communication skills, alongside a strong work ethic and a positive team attitude.
The following are considered assets: current or previous type experience, float or ski-equipped aircraft experience, and a valid Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) and Driver's License.
