- Develops and executes tailored initiatives to significantly enhance crew morale and teamwork, utilizing actionable insights derived from crew feedback surveys and performance evaluations.
- Collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integrate crew engagement strategies into overarching company objectives and operational plans.
- Manages cabin crew base transfer requests with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring strict alignment with operational headcount requirements.
- Organizes and conducts engaging roadshows focused on crew engagement, well-being, and policy awareness across various bases and relevant operational hubs.
