Job Purpose
The primary objective of this role is to ensure the utmost safety, security, and comfort of all passengers while consistently delivering world-class in-flight service standards. The successful candidate will maintain a professional demeanor, provide personalized care, and actively enhance the passenger experience to meet and exceed global aviation expectations.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensuring strict adherence to all safety and security protocols before, during, and after flight operations.
- Delivering superior in-flight service, providing comprehensive passenger assistance, and catering to diverse special needs.
- Proactively managing passenger comfort and adeptly resolving any complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Conducting mandatory safety demonstrations and providing essential assistance to passengers during emergency situations.
- Maintaining clear and effective communication channels with flight crew and ground staff to facilitate seamless airline operations.
- Representing the airline with distinction, consistently upholding its reputation and core values.

- Ability to represent the airline with unwavering professionalism, courtesy, and cultural sensitivity.
- Commitment to complying with all Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) regulations and maintaining current licenses and training.
- Demonstrated ability to be warm, approachable, and empathetic when interacting with passengers.
- Meeting all required medical fitness standards essential for flying duties.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive passenger interactions.
- Capacity to remain calm, composed, and decisive in high-pressure or emergency scenarios.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all service procedures and company policies.
- Staying current with all relevant safety and security requirements.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Please Note: This opportunity is exclusively for Female Indian Nationals.
- Must be a Female Indian National possessing a current Indian passport, PAN card, and Aadhaar card.
- Age requirement: Between 18 and 27 years.
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Successful completion of Class 12 from a recognized board or university with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Minimum Height Requirement: 155 cm.
- Weight: Must be in proportion to height.
- Body Mass Index (BMI) Range: Between 18 and 22.
- Appearance: Well-groomed with no visible tattoos when in uniform.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Hindi.
- Vision: 6/6.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum Education: Class 12 completion from a recognized board/university with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Experience Level: Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior customer service or hospitality experience is advantageous.
- Preferred Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, hospitality, or the aviation sector is desired.
