Key Responsibilities
- Upholding and enforcing all safety and security protocols meticulously before, during, and after flights.
- Delivering high-quality in-flight service, offering comprehensive guest assistance, and adeptly addressing specific passenger needs.
- Proactively managing guest comfort and resolving any complaints or concerns with exemplary professionalism and genuine empathy.
- Conducting essential safety demonstrations and providing critical assistance to passengers during emergency situations.
- Fostering seamless and effective communication with flight crew and ground staff to guarantee efficient and smooth operational flow.
- Acting as a positive ambassador for Air India, consistently upholding its distinguished reputation and core values.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility Criteria (Female Candidates Only)
- Nationality & Documentation: Must be a female Indian National, possessing a valid Indian passport, PAN card, and Aadhar card.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 27 years of age.
- Educational Qualification: Completion of Class 12 from a recognized board or university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.
- Physical Standards:
- Minimum height of 155 cm.
- Weight proportionate to height, with a Body Mass Index (BMI) range of 18 to 22.
- Vision 6/6.
- Must meet all required medical fitness standards for flying duties.
- Appearance: Well-groomed with no visible tattoos when in uniform.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Hindi.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is highly desirable.
