Position Summary
The role of a commercial airline pilot requires a deep commitment to aviation, professional enthusiasm, and high intellectual, psychological, and physical aptitude. Proficiency in English is essential. The pilot is responsible for flight operations, navigation, radio communications, and the technical monitoring of the aircraft. Flight crews are categorized into two roles:

Captain (CDB):
Holds authority over the entire crew and passengers, responsible for all decision-making from pre-flight preparation to post-flight procedures, with an absolute priority on flight safety and security.

First Officer (OPL):
Serves as the second-in-command, working in coordination with the Captain.
Candidate Requirements

Education:
Minimum Baccalaureate (Bac) degree required.

Language:
Fluent in French; English proficiency is mandatory and will be assessed during the selection process.

Medical:
Valid EASA/DGAC Class 2 medical certificate (Class 1 or Class 1 with derogation are also accepted).

Documentation:
Candidates must possess a valid passport or national ID card and a clean criminal record (Bulletin No. 3) issued within the last three months.

Selection Timeline

PSY0 Pre-selection Tests:
September 4–5, 2026. Includes a reinforced English assessment (listening, reading, and speaking).

PSY1 Phase:
Psychotechnical and psychomotor tests occurring between October 19 and October 30, 2026.

PSY2 Phase:
Commencing January 2027, including personality inventories, group exercises, and individual interviews.
