ERJ135/145 Captain Position at ASL Group
ASL Group, encompassing ASL Private Jet Services, ASL Fly Executive, JetNetherlands, and Air Charters Europe, a well-established aviation organization since 1997, seeks an experienced ERJ 135/145 Captain to join its dynamic team at Air Charters Europe. The group manages a diverse fleet of over 45 aircraft, employing approximately 200 professionals and pilots. This position offers a challenging opportunity within a thriving environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Embraer 135/145 charter flights, transporting high-profile clients with a focus on exceptional customer service. The Captain will work collaboratively with a First Officer and Cabin Crew, ensuring adherence to all flight regulations. The role requires adaptability to irregular work schedules.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid type rating on the ERJ135/145.
- Minimum of 1,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours on E135/145 or comparable aircraft types.
- Minimum of 4,000 hours total flight time.
- Demonstrated superior flying skills.
- Thorough understanding of all applicable flight regulations.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is advantageous.
- A steadfast commitment to safety and client satisfaction, even under pressure.
- Prepared to travel and work flexible hours.
- Possesses a valid passport permitting work and travel within Europe.
Required Documents:
- Valid EASA ATPL (A) License.
- Valid Multi Engine/IR (A) rating.
- Multi Crew Coordination (MCC) course completion certificate.
- Documented proficiency in English (ICAO Level 4 or higher).
- Fluency in either Dutch or French is mandatory.
- Current Class 1 Medical Certificate, valid for at least six months.
- Certificate of good conduct (bewijs van goed gedrag en zeden/certificat bonne vie et moeurs).
- Last three pages of flight logbook.
- Current Curriculum Vitae and Cover Letter.
- Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) certification.
