Air Charter Scotland | First Officer

Air Charter Scotland is seeking to recruit a qualified First Officer for its Jetstream 32 operations across its UK regional bases in Glasgow, Aberdeen, Wick, and Inverness. This permanent, full-time role involves flying under Commercial Air Transport (Part-CAT) regulations.

About the Role

The First Officer will be responsible for operating the aircraft in strict accordance with the Operations Manual and ensuring the aircraft's maintenance status remains compliant for flight. Key duties include coordinating team tasks for safe operational outcomes, both on the ground and in the air, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the company's Operations Manual, relevant aviation law, and best practices.

Requirements

• A minimum of 250 hours total flight time.
• UK CAA and EASA dual licence.
• Valid UK Class 1 aviation medical certificate, with preference for both UK and EASA credentials.
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the United Kingdom.
• English language proficiency at level 5 or higher.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency in crew resource management.

Qualifications

• A Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL).
• A Jetstream 32 type rating is preferred but not essential for application.
