Air Arabia | Flight Attendant

Air Arabia Egypt is seeking to recruit Cabin Crew members to join their team in Cairo. This role involves representing the airline, ensuring passenger safety and comfort, and delivering exceptional service throughout the flight cycle. The position is open to individuals with no prior experience, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

About the Role

• Represent AIRLINE as an ambassador, promoting a positive corporate image.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight cycle.
• Conduct safety demonstrations, administer first aid, and maintain security awareness.
• Assist passengers with boarding, requests, and potential difficulties.
• Promote and sell onboard products and services, meeting sales targets.
• Perform pre-flight and post-flight duties, including equipment checks and cabin preparation.
• Support cabin cleaning and catering processes at transit stations.
• Undertake designated Cabin Supervisor duties when assigned.
• Maintain up-to-date professional and safety knowledge through continuous training.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable.
• A diploma in Travel or Tourism is advantageous.
• First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures training is an added value.
• Candidates must be fit to fly and in good general health, free from serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
• Must possess a presentable, friendly, and positive demeanor with a strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and manage interactions with demanding customers.
• Capability to identify irregularities and respond effectively to threats and emergencies.
• Must work proactively as part of a team.
• Demonstrate strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Other languages are advantageous, depending on airline requirements.
• Willingness to work shifts, extended hours, and adapt to frequent changes and busy schedules.
• Ability to deliver against company policies, procedures, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
