Cabin Crew - Air Arabia (Albania Recruitment Drive)

Job Purpose:
The Cabin Crew member serves as an ambassador for Air Arabia, striving to cultivate customer loyalty and promote a positive corporate image by enhancing the overall customer experience. He/She provides exceptional customer service to all passengers, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the entire flight cycle. The Cabin Crew member maintains readiness and fitness for duty, ensuring productivity aligns with established metrics and the company's policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct: Ensures timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legal compliance for assigned flights. Attends briefings to acknowledge flight details, role assignments, targets, security checks, and boarding procedures.
- Safety Measures: Instructs passengers on safety procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort. Identifies safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Administers first aid to passengers when necessary. Promptly informs the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.
- Customer Service: Welcomes passengers and assists with boarding formalities. Enters necessary data into the aircraft logbook as per Air Arabia and GCAA/CAA procedures. Provides consistent, excellent customer service by addressing individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs. Identifies and assists passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, adhering to the Operations Manual and relevant instructions. Contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and the "Charity Cloud" program by effectively promoting on-board meals, products, and charity services, thereby achieving individual and team targets. Ensures proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments received for individual sales and donations.
- Crosschecking and Reports: Conducts pre-flight checks to ensure sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering, and other specified equipment are available before takeoff. Reports any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain, as appropriate. Assists in ensuring the aircraft cabin is thoroughly cleaned at transit stations and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are provided before the next flight. Ensures orderly handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff. Completes post-flight briefing and assessment reports according to established policies and procedures, providing objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor and reporting any flight-related problems or discrepancies, including the closing and sealing of duty-free containers. Accounts to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and performs the duties of ‘Cabin Supervisor’ when designated by the Captain. Maintains current professional and safety knowledge and competitiveness by attending recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops, and by maintaining a current license. Contributes to team success by accomplishing related tasks and achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
Requirements:
- Age: 20 to 33 years.
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male).
- Weight: Proportional to age and height.
- Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform.
- Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties.
- Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is advantageous.
- Fit to fly, with good general health and no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Work Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines/Aviation/Hospitality industries is considered an added value.
- An active cabin crew license is an advantage.
- Capable of working in shifts and for extended hours.
- Demonstrates high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
- Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set KPIs.
