Overview
The Cabin Crew member serves as a vital ambassador for Air Arabia, dedicated to fostering customer loyalty and promoting a positive corporate image. This role is centered on providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the entire flight cycle. Cabin Crew members are expected to be ready and fit for duty, operating in accordance with company policies, procedures, and set performance measures.

Job Purpose
The primary purpose of the Cabin Crew role is to act as an Air Arabia ambassador, delivering excellent customer service, ensuring passenger safety and comfort, and contributing to a positive customer experience on every flight.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct:
- Ensures timely attendance, maintains impeccable grooming standards, and confirms fitness and legality to operate assigned flights.
- Attends pre-flight briefings to acknowledge flight details, understand role distribution, targets, security checks, boarding procedures, and other essential information.
Safety Measures:
- Instructs passengers on mandatory safety procedures, prioritizing their safety and comfort throughout the journey.
- Identifies potential safety and security risks onboard, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement remedial actions in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administers first aid to passengers when necessary.
- Promptly informs the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions observed.
Customer Service:
- Welcomes passengers and assists with boarding formalities, accurately entering necessary data into the aircraft log book following Air Arabia and GCAA/CAA procedures.
- Provides consistently excellent customer service, attending to passengers' individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs.
- Identifies and assists passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, adhering to policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual and other relevant instructions.
- Contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and the "Charity Cloud" program through effective promotion of meals, products, and charity services to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Ensures the proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments for individual sales and donations.
Crosschecking and Reports:
- Conducts thorough pre-flight checks to verify sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified items are onboard before take-off, reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain.
- Assists in ensuring the aircraft cabin is meticulously cleaned at transit stations and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are loaded before subsequent flights.
- Ensures an orderly and complete handover or takeover of the cabin to or from catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff.
- Completes post-flight briefings and assessment reports as per adopted policies and procedures, providing objective evaluations, reporting flight problems or discrepancies, and managing duty-free container closing and sealing.
- Reports passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor and may assume the duties of Cabin Supervisor when designated by the Captain.
- Maintains professional and safety knowledge by attending recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops, ensuring current licensing is held.
- Contributes to team objectives by achieving allocated sales targets and supporting overall team efforts.
Important Requirements
- Age must be between 20 and 33 years.
- Minimum height requirement: 160 cm for females, 168 cm for males.
- Weight should be in proportion to age and height.
- Clear skin is required, free from visible marks or tattoos when wearing the cabin crew uniform.
- Candidates must be medically and physically fit to perform all Cabin Crew duties.
- Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device is essential.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is considered a plus.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is an added advantage.
- Must be fit to fly, possess good general health, and have no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
Work Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines, Aviation, or Hospitality industries is considered an added value.
- Holding an active cabin crew license is an advantage.
- Candidates must be capable of working flexible shift patterns and extended hours.
- High flexibility and adaptability to frequent schedule changes and busy periods are essential.
- Demonstrates the ability to contribute effectively and achieve results aligned with company policies, procedures, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
