Cabin Crew Opportunity - Albania Recruitment Drive

Air Arabia is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join its cabin crew team. The successful candidate will act as an ambassador for Air Arabia, committed to fostering customer loyalty and promoting a positive brand image by consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences. They will ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the entire flight cycle while maintaining peak operational readiness and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct: Ensures timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legal compliance for assigned flights. Attends briefings to stay informed of flight details, role assignments, security protocols, and boarding procedures.
- Safety Measures: Educates passengers on safety procedures, prioritizing their well-being at all times. Identifies and addresses safety and security risks in collaboration with the Cabin Supervisor, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Administers first aid as needed. Promptly informs the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.
- Customer Service: Welcomes passengers and assists with boarding formalities. Provides proactive and excellent customer service by addressing individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs. Identifies and supports passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, adhering to Operations Manual guidelines and relevant instructions. Contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and the "Charity Cloud" program by effectively promoting on-board meals, products, and charity services, achieving individual and team targets. Ensures the proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments related to individual sales and donations.
- Crosschecking and Reports: Conducts pre-flight checks to verify sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified items; reports any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain. Assists in maintaining a clean aircraft cabin during transit and ensures adequate re-catering and duty-free product availability. Ensures orderly handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff. Completes post-flight briefing and assessment reports according to company policies and procedures; provides objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor and reports any flight problems or discrepancies. Accounts to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and assumes the duties of "Cabin Supervisor" when designated by the Captain.
- Maintains professional knowledge of safety procedures by attending recurrent trainings, emergency procedure trainings, and educational workshops, and ensuring current license.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
Important Requirements:
- Age: Between 20 and 33 years.
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male).
- Weight: Proportionate to age and height.
- Clear skin, free of visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform.
- Medically and physically fit to perform cabin crew duties.
- Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is preferred.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is advantageous.
- Fit to fly with good general health; free from serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.
Work Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines/Aviation or Hospitality industries is considered an asset.
- An active cabin crew license is an advantage.
- Capable of working in shifts and for extended hours.
- Demonstrates high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
- Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set KPIs.
