Air Arabia Cabin Crew Position – Albania Recruitment Drive
Air Arabia seeks highly motivated and service-oriented individuals to join its cabin crew team in Albania. This recruitment drive is exclusively for candidates available for assessments within Albania. The successful candidate will serve as an Air Arabia ambassador, fostering customer loyalty and upholding a positive corporate image through exceptional passenger service. This role demands a commitment to passenger safety and comfort throughout every stage of flight operations, while adhering to all company policies and procedures to maintain optimal productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct & Professionalism: Maintain punctual attendance, impeccable grooming, and adherence to all relevant regulations. Participate fully in pre-flight briefings, covering flight details, role assignments, targets, security protocols, and boarding procedures.
- Safety & Security: Instruct passengers on safety procedures, ensuring their well-being at all times. Proactively identify safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Provide first aid as needed and promptly report any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide warm and welcoming assistance to passengers during boarding, meticulously documenting relevant information in the aircraft logbook according to Air Arabia and GCAA/CAA procedures. Meet individual passenger needs and pre-booking requests, providing exceptional and consistent service. Support passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, following established policies and procedures. Actively promote on-board meals, products, and the “Charity Cloud” program to maximize revenue and achieve individual and team targets. Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions for sales and donations.
- Cross-Checking & Reporting: Conduct pre-flight checks to verify sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering, and other necessary items, reporting any deficiencies to the appropriate personnel. Ensure thorough cabin cleaning at transit stations, along with adequate re-catering and duty-free product replenishment. Maintain organized and complete handover/takeover procedures with catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff. Complete post-flight briefing and assessment reports according to established policies and procedures; objectively evaluate the Cabin Supervisor’s performance and report any flight discrepancies or issues. Account to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and fulfill Cabin Supervisor duties when designated by the Captain. Maintain professional knowledge and skills through recurrent training, emergency procedure training, educational workshops, and license renewal. Contribute to team success by achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
Essential Requirements:
- Age: 20 to 33 years
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportional to age and height
- Clear skin, free from visible marks or tattoos while wearing the uniform
- Medically and physically fit for cabin crew duties
- Ability to swim with a flotation device
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate (a diploma in Travel/Tourism is advantageous).
- First Aid, safety, and emergency procedure training is highly valued.
- Excellent general health; no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the airline, aviation, or hospitality industries is a significant advantage.
- An active cabin crew license is beneficial.
- Ability to work shifts and extended hours.
- High flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and demanding schedules.
