Cabin Crew Opportunity - Air Arabia (Bosnia Recruitment Drive)

Air Arabia is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join its cabin crew team. As an ambassador for Air Arabia, the Cabin Crew member strives to cultivate customer loyalty and enhance the overall passenger experience, thereby promoting a positive corporate image. The primary objective is to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the flight. The ideal candidate must be ready and fit to operate, maintaining productivity in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct: Ensures punctual attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legal preparedness for assigned flights. Attends briefings to acknowledge flight details, role assignments, targets, and security/boarding procedures.
- Safety Measures:
- Instructs passengers on safety procedures to guarantee their well-being and comfort.
- Identifies potential safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administers first aid to passengers when necessary.
- Promptly informs the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.
- Customer Service:
- Welcomes passengers and assists with boarding formalities, entering necessary data into the aircraft logbook as per Air Arabia and GCAA/CAA procedures.
- Provides consistently excellent customer service by attending to passengers' pre-bookings, requests, and individual needs.
- Identifies and assists passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, adhering to policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual and other relevant instructions.
- Contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and the "Charity Cloud" program by effectively promoting meals, products, and charity services, thereby achieving individual and team targets.
- Ensures the proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments received for individual sales and donations.
- Crosschecking and Reports:
- Performs pre-flight checks to verify sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering provisions, and other specified equipment are available prior to takeoff. Reports any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain.
- Assists in ensuring the aircraft cabin is thoroughly cleaned at transit stations and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are provided before flying.
- Ensures the orderly and complete handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff.
- Completes post-flight briefings and assessment reports according to adopted policies and procedures, providing an objective evaluation of the Cabin Supervisor and reporting any flight problems or discrepancies, including the closing and sealing of duty-free containers.
- Reports on passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor and assumes the duties of "Cabin Supervisor" when designated by the Captain.
- Maintains current professional and safety knowledge through recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops, ensuring valid licensure.
- Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results and achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
Important Requirements:
- Age: 20 to 33 years
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportionate to age and height
- Clear skin, free from visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Medically and physically fit to perform cabin crew duties
- Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is preferred.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is highly valued.
- Fit to fly with good general health and no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.
Work Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the airlines, aviation, or hospitality industries is considered an asset.
- An active cabin crew license is advantageous.
- Capable of working in shift patterns and for extended working hours.
- Demonstrates high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
- Demonstrates the ability to contribute to and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
