Role Overview
Serving as a vital ambassador for the airline, the Cabin Crew member is dedicated to fostering customer loyalty and upholding a positive corporate image at all times. This is achieved by consistently enhancing the overall passenger experience. The role requires providing excellent customer service while rigorously ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the entire flight cycle. The Cabin Crew member must maintain physical and mental readiness to operate flights efficiently, adhering strictly to established company policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
The Cabin Crew member performs a range of critical duties, including:

Operational Readiness: Ensuring punctual attendance for flights, maintaining impeccable grooming standards, and verifying personal fitness and legal readiness for duty. Attending pre-flight briefings to confirm flight details, understand role distribution, review targets, conduct security checks, and manage boarding procedures.

Safety and Security: Providing clear instructions to passengers on essential safety procedures to guarantee their well-being and comfort throughout the flight. Identifying potential safety and security risks and collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Administering necessary first aid to passengers. Promptly reporting any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, or Captain as appropriate.

Customer Experience: Warmly welcoming passengers and assisting them with boarding formalities. Ensuring accurate data entry into the aircraft log book as per company and regulatory procedures. Delivering consistently excellent customer service by attending to individual pre-bookings, special requests, and passenger needs. Identifying and providing support to passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, following established policies and procedures detailed in the Operations Manual.

Commercial Contribution: Actively contributing to maximizing on-board revenue and supporting the "Charity Cloud" program. Efficiently promoting on-board meals, products, and charity services to achieve individual and team sales targets. Ensuring secure and proper handling of all cash and credit card payments for sales and donations.

Checks, Reports, and Compliance: Conducting thorough pre-flight checks to verify the availability of sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering provisions, and other specified equipment. Reporting any deficiencies found to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain. Assisting in ensuring the aircraft cabin is cleaned thoroughly at transit stops and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are stocked before departure. Managing the orderly handover and takeover of the cabin with catering, cleaning, and maintenance personnel. Participating in post-flight briefings and completing assessment reports according to adopted policies, including providing objective feedback on the Cabin Supervisor, reporting flight problems or discrepancies, and managing duty-free containers. Accounting to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and being prepared to assume the duties of Cabin Supervisor when designated by the Captain. Continuously updating professional and safety knowledge, and maintaining necessary licenses through recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops. Contributing to team goals by successfully achieving allocated sales targets and related objectives.
Essential Requirements
- Age: Between 20 and 33 years.
- Minimum Height: 160 cm for Female candidates, 168 cm for Male candidates.
- Weight: Must be in proportion to age and height.
- Appearance: Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform.
- Health & Fitness: Medically and physically fit to perform all Cabin Crew duties.
- Swimming Ability: Capable of swimming with the aid of a flotation device.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: A Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is required. A diploma in Travel or Tourism is considered advantageous.
- Training: Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is a valuable asset.
- Health: Must be fit to fly, possess good general health, and have no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
- Language: Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines, Aviation, or Hospitality industries is considered an added value. Possession of an active cabin crew license is also an advantage.
- Work Ethic: Candidates must be capable of working variable shift patterns and extended hours, demonstrating high flexibility and adaptability to frequent schedule changes and busy periods. The ability to contribute effectively and successfully deliver against established policies, procedures, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is required.
