Air Arabia Cabin Crew Position – Bosnia Recruitment Drive
Air Arabia seeks highly motivated and professional individuals to join its cabin crew team. This recruitment drive is exclusively for candidates residing in and available for assessments within Bosnia. The successful candidate will serve as a brand ambassador, consistently upholding Air Arabia's image and fostering passenger loyalty through exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct & Safety:
- Ensures punctual attendance, adheres to grooming standards, maintains fitness, and complies with all legal requirements for assigned flights. Participates in pre-flight briefings to receive flight details, understand assigned roles, and confirm security procedures.
- Implements safety procedures, instructing passengers to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Proactively identifies safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administers first aid as needed.
- Immediately reports any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain as appropriate.
Customer Service:
- Provides a warm welcome to passengers, assists with boarding formalities, and accurately records data in the aircraft logbook, adhering to Air Arabia and GCAA/CAA procedures.
- Consistently delivers exceptional customer service, addressing individual passenger requests and needs.
- Assists passengers experiencing stress or difficulty, following established policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual and other relevant documentation.
- Effectively promotes on-board meals, products, and charity services ("Charity Cloud" program) to maximize revenue and achieve individual and team targets.
- Accurately handles cash and credit card payments for sales and donations.
Cross-Checking, Reporting, and Maintenance:
- Conducts pre-flight checks to verify sufficient supplies, emergency and catering equipment, reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain.
- Assists in ensuring thorough cabin cleaning at transit stations and adequate re-catering and duty-free product replenishment.
- Maintains orderly and complete handover/takeover procedures with catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff.
- Completes post-flight briefing and assessment reports, providing objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor, reporting any flight issues or discrepancies, and securing duty-free containers.
- Reports passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor and performs Cabin Supervisor duties when designated by the Captain.
- Maintains professional and safety knowledge through participation in recurrent training, emergency procedures training, educational workshops, and license renewal.
- Contributes to team efforts by achieving assigned sales targets and objectives.
Essential Requirements:
- Age: 20-33 years
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportionate to age and height
- Clear skin, free from visible marks or tattoos while wearing the uniform
- Excellent medical and physical fitness for cabin crew duties
- Ability to swim with a flotation device
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate (a diploma in Travel/Tourism is preferred).
- First Aid, safety, and emergency procedure training is advantageous.
- Excellent health, free from serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Previous experience as cabin crew or in customer service roles within the airline, aviation, or hospitality industries is considered a significant asset.
- Possessing an active cabin crew license is an advantage.
- The ability to work shifts, extended hours, and adapt to frequent changes and demanding schedules is essential.
