Cabin Crew Member

This individual provides outstanding service to all passengers, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the entire flight cycle. The Cabin Crew Member maintains readiness and fitness for duty, adhering to company policies and procedures to maximize productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct: Ensures punctual attendance, appropriate grooming, physical fitness, and legal compliance for assigned flights. Attends briefings to acknowledge flight details, role assignments, targets, security checks, and boarding procedures.
- Safety Measures:
- Instructs passengers on safety protocols, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Identifies safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administers first aid to passengers when necessary.
- Promptly informs the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.
- Customer Service:
- Welcomes passengers and assists with boarding procedures, accurately entering required data into the aircraft logbook according to Air Arabia and GCAA/CAA guidelines.
- Delivers consistent, excellent customer service by attending to passengers' pre-bookings, requests, and individual needs.
- Identifies and supports passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, following relevant policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual and other instructions.
- Maximizes on-board revenue and promotes the "Charity Cloud" program by effectively promoting meals, products, and charity services to achieve individual and team targets.
- Ensures secure handling of cash and credit card payments received for individual sales and donations.
- Crosschecking and Reports:
- Conducts pre-flight checks to verify sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified items, reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain.
- Assists in maintaining a thoroughly cleaned aircraft cabin at transit stations and ensures adequate re-catering and duty-free products are provided before departure.
- Ensures the orderly and complete handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff.
- Completes post-flight briefings and assessment reports according to established policies and procedures, providing objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor and reporting any flight problems or discrepancies, including closing and sealing duty-free containers.
- Reports on passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor and performs the duties of 'Cabin Supervisor' when designated by the Captain.
- Maintains necessary professional and safety knowledge through recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops, ensuring current licensure.
- Contributes to team success by achieving related results and allocated sales targets and objectives.
Important Requirements:
- Age: 20 to 30 years for candidates without prior Cabin Crew experience; up to 33 years for experienced Cabin Crew.
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male).
- Weight: Proportional to age and height.
- Clear skin, free of visible marks or tattoos when wearing the cabin crew uniform.
- Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties.
- Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is advantageous.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is a plus.
- Fit to fly with good general health and no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
Work Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience as Cabin Crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines/Aviation or Hospitality industries is considered an asset.
- An active Cabin Crew license is advantageous.
- Capable of working in shift patterns and for extended hours.
- Demonstrates high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
- Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set KPIs.
