A320 First Officer Recruitment Roadshow - Fly Jinnah (Air Arabia Group)
Air Arabia Group, operating in partnership with Fly Jinnah, is pleased to announce a dedicated recruitment roadshow aimed at securing experienced and qualified A320 First Officers who are Pakistani Nationals. Recruitment Roadshow and Assessment Details
The Air Arabia recruitment team will be conducting assessment and selection procedures in Karachi, Pakistan, on the 6th and 7th of November 2025. Interested pilots must submit their application through the official job requisition to initiate the screening process and receive further communication regarding selection steps.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate must meet the following minimum criteria to be considered for the A320 First Officer position:
- Must be a Pakistani National.
- Maximum age limit for applicants is 47 years.
- Possession of a current and valid CPL/ATPL License.
- Must hold a valid A320 Type Rating.
- Minimum of 2,000 civil commercial jet operational hours.
- At least 800 hours as Second-in-Command (SIC) on the A320 aircraft family.
- Recency of experience on the A320 family (A320/321/330) within the last 12 months.
- The A320 Type Rating and Instrument Rating (IR) must be valid on the license for a minimum of two months at the time of joining.
- Valid English Language Proficiency (ELP) at Level 4 or above.
- Possession of a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
Compensation and Financial Emoluments (PKR)
The contract offered is for an undetermined period. Compensation is structured around fixed salary slabs, variable flying pay, and specialized allowances, all calculated in Pakistan Rupees (PKR).
Fixed Annual Salary Structure (Based on Total Hours)
Fixed salaries are determined by the pilot's total flying experience, with allowances for prior Boeing experience. Prior Boeing flying hours in the respective position (First Officer) are factored, capped at a maximum of 3,000 hours, and any Airbus family hours (A320/321/330) are added on top of the calculated Boeing experience.
- 500 – 1,500 Total Hours: PKR 1,103,200
- 1,500 – 3,000 Total Hours: PKR 1,527,800
- 3,000 – 3,750 Total Hours: PKR 1,699,400
- 3,750 – 5,000 Total Hours: PKR 1,787,400
- 5,000+ Total Hours: PKR 1,875,400
Variable Flying Pay and Allowances
- Flying Variable Pay (Per Credit Block Hour):
- 1 to 30 hours: PKR 5,000
- 31 to 60 hours: PKR 8,500
- 61 to 85 hours: PKR 12,000
- 86 to 100 hours: PKR 14,000
- Above 100 hours: PKR 16,000
- Duty Hour Pay: PKR 1,000 will be paid per actual duty hour (from sign-in to sign-out).
- Night Flight Credit: Credit hours for night flights (departures between 18:30 and 06:29 local time) will be paid at 1.3 times the standard credit block hour allowance. Day flights are paid at 1 time the standard allowance.
- Seniority Allowance: A monthly Seniority Allowance of PKR 50,000 commences from the anniversary date of joining (excluding any unpaid leave period). This allowance increases annually until it reaches a maximum ceiling of PKR 150,000 per month.
- Command Upgrade Allowance: A monthly allowance of PKR 250,000/- is effective once the pilot meets command criteria, including crossing 3,500 hours on the A320F, signing a commitment letter, successfully completing a minimum of two Operating Proficiency Checks (OPCs) after the skill test, and being scheduled for command training within the following months.
- Rostered Day Off Compensation: If called for duty on a rostered day off, the pilot will receive PKR 10,000 in compensation, in addition to the standard Flying Allowance.
- Fuel Card: Pilots with 800+ hours on the A320 will receive a pre-paid fuel card with a maximum expense limit of PKR 30,000/- per month.
- SIM Card: Pilots with 800+ hours on the A320 will be provided with a post-paid SIM card, capped at PKR 5,000/- per month. Any usage exceeding this limit will be deducted from the monthly salary.
- Insurance Premium Deduction: A deduction of PKR 5,000 per month is applicable against the insurance premium.
- End of Service Gratuity: For every 12 months of service, the Company provides a Gratuity equivalent to one month’s Fixed Gross Salary, including the Fixed Flying allowance.

Comprehensive medical insurance is provided for the employee, spouse, and up to three children under the age of 18 residing in Pakistan. Annual limits include:
- Basic Hospitalization: PKR 250,000
- Daily Room & Board (Private Room): PKR 36,990 per day
- Annual Major Medical Coverage (per person): PKR 250,000
- Annual OPD (per employee/per family): PKR 40,000
- Maternity – Normal Delivery: PKR 200,000
- Maternity – C-Section / Multiple Births: PKR 400,000

Travel Benefits
- Unlimited Standby Tickets (Air Arabia Group Network):
- Unmarried Employee: Unlimited standby tickets for self and parents; four standby sectors for two nominated siblings.
- Married Employee: Unlimited standby tickets for self, spouse, children, and parents; four standby sectors for two nominated siblings.
- Annual Free Firm Ticket: Upon successful completion of six months of service, the employee and nominees are entitled to one annual free firm ticket on the Air Arabia / Fly Jinnah network.
- Unmarried Employee: One ticket for self, parents, and two nominated siblings (sibling nominations can be updated annually on January 31st).
- Married Employee: One ticket yearly for self, spouse, and unlimited children.
- MYID Travel Benefit: Access to the MYID travel system for discounted tickets on other airlines commences after 180 days of service. This benefit is available for self, spouse, and children (under 23 years).
Paid Leave
Pilots are entitled to 30 calendar days of paid leave per annum.
