Air Arabia Group is conducting an exclusive recruitment roadshow in Pakistan to select experienced A320 First Officers of Pakistani nationality for Fly Jinnah. The airline's recruitment team will host assessments and selections in Karachi on the 6th and 7th of November 2025.

Position Overview
The A320 First Officer is responsible for assisting the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft. This role demands a high level of professionalism, strict adherence to safety standards, and a commitment to operational excellence, ensuring a secure and comfortable experience for all passengers.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Nationality: Pakistani
- Age: Maximum 47 years
- License: Valid CPL/ATPL License
- Type Rating: A320 Type Rated
- Flight Hours: Minimum 2000 hours on Civil Commercial Jet aircraft
- A320 Experience: Minimum 800 hours as Second-in-Command (SIC) on the A320
- Recency: Experience on the A320 family within the last 12 months
- Validations: Valid A320 type rating and Instrument Rating (IR) with a minimum of 2 months validity at the time of joining
- Medical: Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Language Proficiency: Valid ELP (Level 4 or above)
Compensation and Remuneration Package

Total Fixed Salary (PKR)
The fixed monthly salary is determined by the total factored flight hours:
- 500 - 1500 Hours: PKR 1,103,200
- 1500 - 3000 Hours: PKR 1,527,800
- 3000 - 3750 Hours: PKR 1,699,400
- 3750 - 5000 Hours: PKR 1,787,400
- 5000+ Hours: PKR 1,875,400
Note on Boeing Experience: For salary determination, prior Boeing flight hours as Captain or First Officer will be factored with a maximum cap of 3,000 hours. Any Airbus family hours (A320/321/330) will be added to the factored Boeing hours.
Flying Variable Pay
- 1 to 30 Hours: PKR 5,000 per credit block hour
- 31 to 60 Hours: PKR 8,500 per credit block hour
- 61 to 85 Hours: PKR 12,000 per credit block hour
- 86 to 100 Hours: PKR 14,000 per credit block hour
- Above 100 Hours: PKR 16,000 per credit block hour
A Night Flight Allowance of 1.3 times the standard rate is applicable for departures between 18:30 and 06:29 local time.
Allowances and Additional Pay
- Duty Hour Pay: PKR 1,000 for each actual duty hour from sign-in to sign-out.
- Seniority Allowance: An allowance of PKR 50,000 per month, increasing annually to a maximum of PKR 150,000 per month.
- Command Upgrade Allowance: PKR 250,000 per month upon meeting specific criteria, including reaching 3,500 hours on the A320F and successfully completing proficiency checks.
- Off-Day Duty Compensation: PKR 10,000 in addition to the standard flying allowance when called for duty on a rostered day off.
- End of Service Gratuity: One month's fixed gross salary paid for every 12 months of completed service.

- Fuel Card: A pre-paid fuel card with a limit of PKR 30,000 per month is provided to pilots with over 800 hours on the A320.
- SIM Card: A post-paid SIM card with a limit of PKR 5,000 per month is provided to pilots with over 800 hours on the A320.
- On-Board Meals: Complimentary meals are provided for all operating crew.

Comprehensive medical coverage is provided for the employee, a spouse, and up to three children under 18 residing in Pakistan, including:
- Basic Hospitalization: Up to PKR 250,000
- Daily Room & Board (Private): Up to PKR 36,990 per day
- Maternity Coverage: Up to PKR 200,000 (Normal) / PKR 400,000 (C-Section)
- Outpatient (OPD) Coverage: Up to PKR 40,000 per family, annually

- Unlimited Standby Tickets: Available on the Air Arabia Group network for the employee, spouse, children, and parents. Nominated siblings are also eligible for a limited number of sectors.
- Annual Free Firm Ticket: One annual confirmed ticket on the Air Arabia / Fly Jinnah network for the employee and nominated family members after completing 6 months of service.

Leave Policy
