This role is dedicated to delivering world-class service to an international clientele, ensuring that every aspect of the onboard experience is executed to the highest standards of excellence.
Position Summary
The VIP Flight Attendant holds complete responsibility for the cabin experience on private jet flights. This independent role requires the planning and execution of tailored services in a dynamic, international environment. Candidates must be capable of working under time pressure while maintaining discretion, efficiency, and a commitment to perfection.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate all aspects of the onboard service experience.

Customize menus and arrange high-standard gourmet catering.

Oversee quality control for purchasing, delivery, and presentation.

Prepare the cabin with a focus on aesthetics, detail, and passenger comfort.

Execute high-level food preparation and service.

Provide proactive, discreet, and personalized service.

Manage complex logistics and accommodate last-minute flight changes.

Uphold the highest standards of safety, service, and hygiene.

Maintain the aircraft's condition before, during, and after flight operations.

Manage flight-related costs and expenses.
Requirements and Qualifications

High school education.

Fluent in English and Swedish (additional languages are considered an asset).

Proven experience in high-level cooking and serving (fine dining or silver service).

Extensive knowledge of gourmet catering, wine, and beverages.

Proficiency in computer skills.

Good physical condition.

No visible tattoos.

Valid passport and legal work permit within the EU.

Valid driver’s license.

Ability to pass mandatory background and security checks.

Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends, bank holidays, and extended shifts.

Working Conditions

Work schedule: 15 days on, 13 days off.
