Role Overview
As a VIP Flight Attendant, you will operate independently within an international environment. This role requires managing the end-to-end cabin experience—from meticulous planning to flawless execution—while navigating dynamic schedules and high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate all aspects of the onboard experience.

Customize menus and arrange catering to the highest international standards.

Ensure excellence in purchasing, supply delivery, and presentation.

Prepare the aircraft cabin with a focus on comfort, aesthetics, and fine detail.

Prepare, arrange, and serve food at a high gastronomic level.

Deliver discreet, personal, and proactive service to passengers.

Manage complex logistics and accommodate last-minute operational changes.

Maintain rigorous standards for safety, service, and hygiene.

Ensure the aircraft is maintained in perfect condition throughout all flight phases.

Oversee costs and expenses associated with flight operations.
Requirements and Qualifications

High school education.

Fluency in English (additional languages are considered an asset).

Professional proficiency in Swedish.

Demonstrated experience in high-level cooking and serving (e.g., fine dining or silver service).

Advanced knowledge of gourmet catering, wine, and beverages.

Strong computer literacy.

Excellent physical condition.

No visible tattoos.

Valid passport and legal authorization to work within the EU.

Possession of a valid driver’s license.

Ability to pass comprehensive background and security checks.

Must be able to work irregular hours, including weekends, bank holidays, and standby shifts.

Terms and Conditions

Work Schedule:
15 days on / 13 days off.

Involves irregular hours, potential for last-minute schedule changes, long working days, and frequent travel away from home.
