Minimum Requirements for Senior First Officers - Direct Entry Command
- Valid EASA ATPL (A).
- Valid Class 1 Medical.
- Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time.
- Minimum 1,000 hours on the A320 Family aircraft.
- Command experience preferred.
- English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
