About the Role
Peach Aviation is seeking experienced A320 Captains for a permanent role at Kansai International Airport, Osaka, Japan. This position offers a significant opportunity to join a growing airline, backed by ANA Holdings, with extensive operations across Japan and East/Southeast Asia. The airline operates an all-Airbus A320 family fleet, serving approximately 40 domestic and international routes.
Requirements

Valid ICAO (JCAB) Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).

A320 or other relevant Type-Rating.

A minimum of 4,000 total flight hours in commercial airline operations.

LPC (Licence Proficiency Check) with at least 6 months validity upon commencement of employment.

Aviation English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above.

Possession of a Japan Permanent, Working, or Spouse Visa, or the ability to obtain one, is required for application.

Radio Licence issued at least two years prior to application. An FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit is recommended if the radio licence is not endorsed on the primary licence.

Minimum of 1,500 PIC (Pilot in Command) hours on commercial jets with a commercial airline. This requirement is reduced to 500 PIC hours for candidates holding a JCAB ATPL and with previous experience flying for a Japan-based commercial airline.
Qualifications

An attractive career prospect with permanent employment up to age 65, followed by an optional renewable one-year contract until age 68.

Comprehensive training provided, covering initial training through to designation as a line Captain.

Training costs are covered by the company; however, a payback of JPY 2,500,000 applies if the pilot resigns within 24 months of joining, unless the candidate already possesses a JCAB A320 type rating.

Positioning flights are included, in accordance with the travel allowance.

A Home Travel Allowance is available post-initial training and line pilot designation, offering either an economy class ticket or JPY 200,000 per month gross. This allows pilots to commute from outside the base location under the Commuting Pattern roster option.
