Essential Role Requirements:
- License: A valid EASA CPL or ATPL is mandatory.
- Type Rating: A current and valid A320 Type Rating is required.
- Experience - Captains: A minimum of 250 hours Pilot-In-Command (PIC) on the A320 and 3,000 total flight hours.
- Experience - First Officers: A minimum of 100 hours on the A320.
- Medical: A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Language Proficiency: English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4 or above.

- Operational Crew Course (OCC): Successful candidates will commence their OCC in Vilnius.
