Role Requirements
Prospective A320 Captains must meet the following essential criteria:
- Possession of the legal right to live and work within the European Union.
- Availability to commence employment from November 2025 onwards.
- Valid EASA ATPL with current A320 type rating, Instrument Rating (IR), and PBN ratings.
- A minimum of 3000 total hours on multi-pilot aircraft.
- At least 1000 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours specifically on the Airbus A320.
- Must be current and recent on the A320 type, ideally having flown within the last 6 months.
- English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or higher.
- A valid Class I medical certificate issued in accordance with Part-MED requirements.
