The Opportunity

FlyYo by Aerro Direkt S.R.L is actively seeking experienced and qualified Captains and First Officers to join its expanding flight operations team. This opportunity offers an open-ended contract accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package, which includes a loyalty bonus disbursed twice annually. Candidates must demonstrate availability for Operations Control Center (OCC) commencement by September 2025, with Simulator (SIM) assessment availability required by mid-August 2025. It is imperative to note that assessment and start dates are fixed, and candidates must commit to being available on these specific dates.

Essential Candidate Requirements

• Possession of the legal right to live and work within the European Union.
• Valid EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency) license.
• Current A320 Type-Rating.
• For First Officers: A minimum of 200 hours on A320 type aircraft.
• For Captains: A minimum of 500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) on A320 type aircraft.
• For Captains: A minimum of 3,000 hours total flying time.
• Last flight recency within the preceding 12 months.
• English Language Proficiency (ELP) minimum level 4.

3. CV forwarded to FlyYo.
4. Initial online interview (covering HR and technical aspects).
5. Remote Psychological Interview.
6. Simulator (SIM) assessment in Prague.
