Aero-Tech Services, a renowned aviation company dedicated to serving people through aviation, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lear 45 Captain to join its growing team. About the Role:
As a Lear 45 Captain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of domestic and international flights under FAR 135 and 91 regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Piloting the Lear 45 aircraft: You will be responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft, adhering to all applicable regulations and company procedures.
- Maintaining technical proficiency: You will be expected to uphold a high level of technical competence and professional conduct.
- Meticulous record-keeping: You will be responsible for accurately recording all flight operations in accordance with company General Operating Manual (GOM) and Safety Management System (SMS) protocols.
- Effective communication: You will be required to communicate clearly and concisely with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Teamwork and flexibility: While our schedule is pilot-controlled, allowing for personal requests, we strive for a collaborative approach to ensure operational efficiency while providing a balanced lifestyle. You will be expected to be available for duty with a minimum of 10 hours' notice.
- Schedule: We strive for an average of 13-15 duty days per month.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must possess:
- Extensive experience: Demonstrated experience in Part 135 operations or corporate aviation, including a minimum of 500 hours as PIC in jet aircraft.
- Lear 45 proficiency: 200 hours as PIC in the Lear 45 aircraft is preferred. Experience in comparable aircraft will be considered.
- Local residency: You must live or be willing to relocate within one hour of Lancaster Airport (KLNS) in Lititz, PA.
- Valid documentation: Possession of a valid, unrestricted US Passport and Driver's License.
- Certifications: A current FAA First Class medical certificate, FAA airman certificates, and an ATP rating for the Lear 45 aircraft as PIC.
