Aero Air, a people-centered aircraft service company, seeks a highly qualified and dedicated professional for the position of Citation Mustang Pilot in Command (PIC) in Great Falls, MT. This full-time role offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including relocation reimbursement, paid sick leave, a 401(k) plan with a 3% employer contribution, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and other benefits. This position operates on a 50/50 schedule and includes company-provided crew housing and vehicle access while on duty. Aero Air also provides Known Crewmember (KCM) and CASS jump seat privileges to eligible candidates.

The Pilot is responsible for the safe, economical, consistent, and legal operation of company aircraft, ensuring full compliance with all applicable federal regulations, as well as Aero Air policies and procedures. This individual will function as Pilot in Command, in both single and two-pilot operations. Responsibilities include ensuring that all flight operations activities adhere to FAR Part 135 and other FAA regulations. The pilot will also ensure all flight operations are performed to the highest standards, including in-flight duties, flight preparation with dispatch, aircraft cleaning, stocking, loading, and unloading.

Required qualifications include an FAA Airline Transport Pilot Multi-Engine Certificate, adherence to FAA and CAMTS minimums for the position, currency in the assigned aircraft per FAR Part 135, factory-approved ground and flight school training on the assigned aircraft, an FAA first class flight physical, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive alignment with the company’s mission.

Preferred qualifications include a PIC type rating in the Citation family of aircraft, Citation (CE-525) and Mustang (CE-510) time, 2500 hours total time, 750 hours multi-engine fixed wing, 500 hours turbojet, 250 hours IFR, and 150 hours night.
