Requirements

A "Safety First" approach is essential.

Minimum age of 18 years.

Legal ability to work in Australia.

Clear understanding and spoken proficiency in the English language.

Current Senior First Aid certificate including CPR from a recognized Australian provider.

Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate of Attainment.

Flexibility to work a variable roster across a 24/7 schedule throughout the year.

Relevant work experience in a face-to-face customer service role.

Ability to swim 50 metres unaided.

Eligibility to obtain an ASIC, which includes a police security check and pre-employment medical.

Possess a valid passport with at least 6 months' validity and unrestricted access to overseas ports, or an approved working visa.

Must own a computer capable of viewing the company’s Operations Manual Suite in PDF format.
