The Cabin Crew position at Aerlink Australia offers engaging opportunities supporting diverse operations including private charter, Fly-In/Fly-Out (FIFO) services, and transporting resources industry personnel to remote and outback locations. Responsibilities extend to accompanying tour groups and facilitating the transport of sporting teams. This role requires a customer-facing approach within a flexible, 24/7 operational environment.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Must be able to work in Australia.
• Clear understanding and spoken proficiency in English.
• Current Senior First Aid certification, including CPR, issued by a recognised Australian provider.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate of Attainment.
• Relevant face-to-face customer service experience.
• Flexibility to work a variable roster across a 24/7 schedule throughout the year.
• Ability to swim 50 metres unaided.
• Ability to obtain and hold an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card), which includes a police security check and pre-employment medical.
• A valid passport with at least six months' validity and unrestricted access to overseas ports, or an approved working visa.
• Access to a computer capable of viewing the company's Operations Manual Suite in PDF format.
• A Safety First approach to all duties.
