Home-Based Lear 60 Captain
The organization is seeking a highly professional and experienced Home-Based Lear 60 Captain to join its operational team. This crucial role requires a safety-focused individual with exceptional command skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in complex corporate flight operations. The Captain is responsible for ensuring all flights adhere strictly to company procedures, regulatory requirements, and the highest industry safety standards.
Essential Responsibilities
- Serves as Pilot-in-Command, holding ultimate responsibility for the safety and operational efficiency of the Lear 60 aircraft and all passengers.
- Diligently conducts comprehensive flight planning, accurately calculating time, distance, and fuel requirements for all legs of the flight.
- Meticulously reviews and analyzes current and forecast meteorological conditions, specifically focusing on destination, en route, and alternate airport weather patterns.
- Calculates and verifies critical aircraft weight and balance data, fuel planning strategies, and performance figures to ensure safe operation within established limits.
- Maintains exemplary organizational habits and demonstrates the capacity to manage and prioritize multiple high-stakes tasks concurrently (multitasking).
- Adheres to all FARs, company manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Required Professional Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
- Must hold a current First-Class Medical Certificate.
- A minimum of 2,000 hours total flight time.
- A minimum of 500 hours multi-engine flight time.
- Demonstrated ability to be well-organized and detail-oriented, with proven capacity for effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
