First Officer
ASL Aviation Holdings is seeking to recruit qualified and motivated individuals to join its global team as First Officers. As part of a dynamic and rapidly growing aviation group, successful candidates will contribute to the safe and efficient operation of our extensive fleet, delivering vital cargo and passenger services worldwide.
Key Accountabilities:

Execute flight duties in accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures, including aircraft type-specific procedures, limitations, and performance parameters, as directed by the Commander.

Foster a collaborative and cooperative crew environment.

Advise the Commander on any potential oversight in flight preparation.

Ensure the safe navigation of the aircraft, maintaining continuous checks on geographical position and terrain clearance.

Provide advice, information, and assistance to the Commander to enhance flight safety and efficiency.

Seek and receive necessary information and explanations from the Commander to fulfill First Officer responsibilities.

Uphold high standards of personal discipline, conduct, and appearance as a company representative.

Support the Commander in developing and maintaining professional expertise and morale amongst the crew.

Ensure the validity of the operational flight plan and file Air Traffic Services Flight Plans as required.
Requirements:

200 hours as an approved course graduate.

Valid EASA-issued ATPL or Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) with a frozen ATPL, and a multi-engine instrument rating (IR).

Certificate of satisfactory completion of Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (AUPRT) in accordance with FCL.745.A.

Certificate of satisfactory completion of Multi-Crew Co-operation (MCC) in accordance with AMC1 FCL.735.A.

A flight school report is mandatory.

The flight school report must be written in English and signed by the Flight School’s Head of Training (HOT). This requirement applies to both Integrated and Modular students. The report must detail all ATPL results (including repeats), CPL & MEIR series passes, and performance throughout training.

Cadets who completed a modular course must have 100 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC), or 70 hours as PIC if completed during an integrated flying training course as set out in Appendix 3 A, C & D to Part-FCL and AMC1 to Appendix 3 A, C & D.

Possess, or be willing to convert to, an Irish Licence.

ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 minimum.

Class 1 medical certificate.

Eligibility to live and work in the EU.

Base will be in Germany; candidates must reside within a 90-minute commute of the assigned base.
Assessment and Selection:
-
AON Pre Assessment Test.
-
Selection procedure will take place in Dublin, Ireland.
-
Personnel interview (HR and Flight Operations) - Approximately 45 minutes.

Pre-simulator briefing.
-
Simulator assessment in a B737 simulator - 45 minutes as Pilot Flying (PF), assessing basic handling skills, CRM, and flight management.
