A330 & A350 First Officer - Fiji Airways
Fiji Airways, headquartered in Nadi, Fiji, is currently seeking experienced, type-rated A330 and A350 First Officers to join their flight operations team. The airline operates a diverse network including destinations across New Zealand, the Pacific, Los Angeles, Vancouver, Hong Kong, and Australia.
Position Overview
These roles are offered on a three-year renewable contract basis. Fiji Airways supports international commuting pilots based in Australia and New Zealand by providing commuting tickets between the crew member’s contract base and Nadi for the commencement of duty.
Compensation and Benefits

Monthly Payment:
NZD 10,208 (for 70 block hours).

Excess Flying Pay:
Overtime at 125% of the hourly rate for flying exceeding 70 hours per month.

Flight Duty Pay:
NZD 10 per block hour.

Accommodation:
Monthly allowance of NZD 2,240.

Roster:
A dedicated block of 10 days off per month.

Leave:
24 days of annual leave and 12 days of sick leave per annum.

Emergency medical insurance provided; discount travel benefits for the pilot and family members on Fiji Airways services.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Valid A330 or A350 type rating.

Minimum of 1,500 hours of total jet time.

Minimum type-specific experience:
-
Minimum of 500 hours on A330/A350; OR
-
Minimum of 1,500 hours on A320/A340 (subject to the applicant obtaining their own A330/A350 rating or CCQ).

Active flying on type within the last 12 months (may be subject to waiver).

Maximum age of 60 years at the start of the assignment.

Valid ICAO ATPL.

Valid First Class Medical certificate.

ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher.

Preference given to candidates with the right to reside in the United States, Australia, or New Zealand.
