Position Overview

Key Accountabilities:

Supervise and support the First Officer in maintaining standards, conduct, and appearance, fostering optimal crew cooperation.

Promote and implement the company's Safety Management System (SMS) to prevent accidents.

Ensure the safety of the aircraft, persons, and property carried onboard in accordance with applicable regulations.

Verify compliance with all operational procedures and checklists as per the Operations Manual.

Exercise necessary authority in emergency situations requiring immediate decisions and actions, prioritizing safety and adhering to regulations.
Minimum Requirements

A minimum of 1,000 hours of flight time on type.

Possession of a UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Licence.

A United Kingdom passport.

Current and qualified status on ATR aircraft.

ICAO Level 4 English proficiency.

A valid UK CAA 1st Class Medical Certificate.

An unblemished record regarding accidents and incidents.

Legal entitlement to live and work in the United Kingdom.
