Key Accountabilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing exemplary supervision and support to the First Officer, ensuring high standards in performance, conduct, and professional appearance.
• Fostering a positive and collaborative cockpit environment that maximizes crew cooperation and effectiveness.
• Championing and implementing the company's Safety Management System (SMS) to uphold the highest safety standards and actively prevent accidents.
• Maintaining unwavering responsibility for the safety and security of the aircraft, its passengers, crew, and cargo in strict adherence to all applicable regulations.
• Guaranteeing meticulous compliance with all operational procedures and checklists as outlined in the Operations Manual.
• Demonstrating exceptional decision-making and leadership in emergency situations, taking decisive action to ensure safety in accordance with regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must possess:

• A minimum of 4,000 hours total flight time.
• A minimum of 500 hours Pilot-in-Command experience on the Boeing 737.
• A valid UK CAA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
• A current United Kingdom passport.
• A valid B737 type rating with a current Proficiency Check.
• ICAO Level 4 English language proficiency.
• A valid UK CAA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• A clean flight record with no history of accidents or incidents.
• Unrestricted right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
