About the Role

MDH Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Captain to operate a Pilatus PC-12 NGX for a family-owned cattle business. This full-time contract position is based near Cloncurry, Queensland, Australia, and offers a unique opportunity for independent operation within a remote aviation environment. The role involves varied flying across regional areas and major Australian cities, with accommodation provided for the duration of the six-month contract.

Requirements

• Minimum 2,000 hours Pilot-In-Command (PIC).
• Minimum 500 hours Turbine PIC.
• Current Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) rating.
• PC-12 experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong commitment to safety and professional operating standards.
• Must be reliable, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Comfortable living and working within a regional community.
• Confident operating in remote environments and into major metropolitan airports.

Qualifications

• Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
• Non-type-rated candidates will be considered for the Pilatus PC-12 NGX.
