Cabin Crew - Copenhagen

SAS is seeking highly motivated and service-oriented individuals to join its team as Cabin Crew, based at Copenhagen Airport Kastrup. The Cabin Crew member is responsible for ensuring the safety, punctuality, and comfort of passengers, as well as providing exceptional service and in-flight sales.

SAS offers both permanent full-time (100%) and part-time (80%) positions. This role offers competitive conditions within a social, fast-paced, and exciting work environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be between 160 cm and 190 cm in height.
• Must have completed a minimum of high school education or equivalent.
• Must possess a minimum of two years of work experience; sales experience is advantageous.
• Must demonstrate excellent English language skills (Berlitz level B2 / gymnasium minimum B).
• Must be in good physical and mental health, with good vision (+/- 0.7 with or without corrections).
• Must be able to pass health certification, including drug and alcohol testing.
• Must possess strong swimming skills.
• Must be able to comply with uniform regulations.
• Must hold a valid EU passport allowing free travel worldwide.
• Must be eligible to live and work permanently in Denmark.
• Must be able to present a clean criminal record (from all countries of residence) and be willing to undergo a personal 5-year background check at the time of employment.

For Experienced Cabin Crew:

• Must hold a valid EASA Attestation (with a minimum of 12 months of continuous flying experience within the last 4 years).
• Must possess a valid EASA Cabin Crew Medical Certificate.
• Previous experience as a senior cabin crew member is considered an advantage.

Security Requirements:

Employment is contingent upon an approved medical certificate, successful completion of a background check for access cards, completion and passing of required courses, and meeting all company requirements for cabin crew. Furthermore, employment requires completed and passed drug and alcohol tests (blood and urine samples), which must be conducted prior to the start of the course. Alcohol tests include CDT (carbohydrate-deficient transferrin) and PEth-testing (phosphatidylethanol), which are specific markers for risky alcohol consumption or overconsumption of alcohol over time. The drug test measures the use of narcotic substances.

Due to the location of the premises and work within the airport's security-related area, candidates must have an exhaustive police certificate/clean record and be approved by aviation authorities.
