Cabin Crew Member Position
An exceptional opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual to join a dynamic aviation team as a Cabin Crew Member. This role demands a commitment to safety, service, and teamwork, while providing an enriching and challenging professional experience.
Essential Qualifications:
- Possession of a Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) with a minimum Grade E in five subjects, including Level 2 or above in both English and Chinese Language, or a Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) with a minimum Level 2 in five New Senior Secondary School subjects, including English and Chinese Language, or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum height of 162cm with the ability to reach 218cm.
- Minimum age of 20 years.
- Unrestricted right to abode in Hong Kong.
- Unrestricted right to work in Hong Kong on a full-time, permanent basis.
- Distant visual acuity of 0.7 or better in both eyes (with or without corrective lenses).
- Normal color vision and normal hearing.
- Good general health, meeting EASA Part Med Cabin Crew and Finnair regulations, which generally excludes long-term medical conditions requiring continuous or recurrent medication or regular follow-up.
- Willingness to undergo drug tests during the selection process prior to clearance.
- Absence of visible tattoos, piercings, or dental jewelry.
Required Competencies and Skills:
- Ability to swim 50 meters continuously and unassisted.
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a genuine passion for service.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin and/or any European language.
Desired Qualities:
- Empathetic, possessing a positive attitude and demonstrating a commitment to working in a diverse, safety-focused environment.
- Prior experience as Cabin Crew is preferred. Working experience in international service or the health sector is considered advantageous.
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team member, demonstrating commitment, responsibility, flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
- Independent with the capacity to manage challenging tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Conditions of Employment:
- Full-time, permanent employment contract.
- Participation in an 8-week training program in Finland.
