Flight Attendant
TAG Aviation seeks a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Flight Attendant. The primary responsibility of this role is ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during all flights.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers.
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew throughout the flight.
- Assist with pre-flight preparations and diligently execute post-flight duties.
- Manage in-flight service, including the proficient serving of meals and beverages.
- Respond promptly and effectively to passenger requests and inquiries.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, coupled with the capacity to perform effectively under pressure. A positive demeanor and a demonstrated passion for providing outstanding customer service are imperative.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of three (3) years of corporate Cabin Attendant experience is required.
- Demonstrable polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to perform all required work duties in an aircraft environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to accomplish work tasks.
- Proactive in ensuring the safety and comfort of customers.
- Commitment to providing exemplary customer service that satisfies and exceeds expectations.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills are required.
- Ability to maintain discretion regarding confidential information.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential.
