Interested candidates are encouraged to create a personal profile in the candidate portal, providing comprehensive details including preferred positions, desired locations, a curriculum vitae (CV), previous work history, skills, and experience. The more detailed the profile, the higher the likelihood of recruiters identifying a suitable match.

Upon completion of the candidate profile, recruiters can match candidates to available positions and notify them of sought-after job opportunities before public advertisement, potentially leading to a personal interview.

Basic criteria for joining AAP Aviation may vary depending on the specific position and client airline. However, for most pilot positions, the recruitment team typically seeks the following qualifications:

• English Language Proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher
• Valid Medical Class 1 Certificate
• Minimum Age: 21 years old
• No Criminal Record or Accident History
• Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL), preferably with a frozen ATPL
• Any Aircraft Rating
• Any Flight Hours
