Flydubai: First Officer Trainee
Flydubai is seeking highly motivated individuals to join its structured training programme designed to develop the skills, knowledge, and competencies required to operate as a co-pilot. The programme aims to support the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of flydubai flights while upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and teamwork. Successful candidates will progress towards becoming a First Officer with the airline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completes all phases of the Multi Pilot License (MPL) training programme, including ground school, simulator sessions, and flight training with designated training providers.
- Maintains strict adherence to safety protocols, training standards, and professional conduct throughout the programme.
- Demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and development to consistently meet and exceed operational performance expectations.
- Collaborates effectively with peers and instructors, fostering a high-performing, multicultural training environment.
- Adapts efficiently to dynamic training conditions while consistently displaying resilience, focus, and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Age between 17 and 30 years old.
- Completion of high school with a minimum score of 70% or a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- For UAE Nationals: Must hold a valid UAE passport and Emirates ID. Male candidates must have completed Military National Service before joining the programme.

Information Security Requirements:
The role requires reading and complying with the Company's ISR policies and diligently reporting any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. The individual must complete all required ISR awareness sessions and follow associated guidelines in day-to-day business operations.
